Self-defence techniques against the holds and grips

There are 3 karate self-defense techniques that are usually used against grips and holds.

Of course, these are neither the only techniques nor the only situation. There are many more complex situations and ways to cope with the situation. But here are 3 basic methods; you can practice at the moment:

The first situation
You walk down a dark road. The man slides up behind you. It captures the right arm, was released and he turns around again to try to get it to suffocate you.

How to defend: swing a leg over his hands and face with brute force attacking strokes.

The second situation
Their opponents in the nearby walks behind you suddenly squeezed his right hand, and with the same movement of pushing your shoulders forward.

How to defend: don’t hesitate for a moment. With this technique of self-defence "kick" provide mule back, straight to his solar plexus.

This has weakened its stranglehold and then you can run, or degrade your counterattack to harmless.

The third situation
The two men are secretly behind you. Everyone grabs a helping hand, retreats and shoves his shoulders forward. What do you do?

How to defend: attack the opponent with the back Mule kick and attack the second one opponent with an elbow in the ribs. Free yourself and run for protection.
